Additional Information
- Travel & Transport fees apply and will be clearly outlined in the service agreement prior to service delivery
- Attendance to professional meetings and other community liaison and progress reports required by Little Petal may be subject to billing. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to invoicing
- Fees must be paid in advance. Services may cease if fees are outstanding. Invoices will outline how fees can be paid.
Non-Face-Face Support Provision, Provider Travel and Short Notice Cancellations are subject to conditions outlined in Little Petal Policies and included in the Services Delivery Agreement.
